RGI  joined hands with ANSYS-a global leaders in Engineering Simulation during their maiden visit to Rayat Group of Institutions Ropar Campus. Ms. Renee Demay, Chief of staff to President & CEO Office , ANSYS and Mr. Rafiq Somani, MD & Area Vice-President India ASEAN & ANZ were the distinguished delegates from ANSYS.

Dr. Suresh Seth, Campus Director, Rayat Group of Institutions in his welcome address said that Simulation has given an edge to Engineering industry as one can design the things in virtual world and provide a practical feedback of it in real world thereby allowing the designer to determine the correctness and efficiency of a design before the system is actually constructed.

Ms. Renee Demay, Chief of staff to President & CEO Office ANSYS USA , Chief Guest of the day said that ANSYS has been working in multidimensional aspects like finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, electronics, semiconductors, embedded software and design optimization. We put in our complete efforts to meet the demands of customers by designing concepts in to successful designs & innovative products and the educational collaboration with ANSYS will surely enrich the budding engineers as they will learn the basics along with their University curriculum.

Mr. Rafiq Somani , MD & Area Vice-President India ASEAN & ANZ in his address said that Education can do wonders irrespective of your family background and determination & hard work is the only key to success in any field.

Dr. Harish Kundra, Director (Engineering ), Rayat Group of Institutions, while addressing the students said that the students associated with Rayat Educational & Research Trust will be highly benefitted with this tie-up and ANSYS-Center of Excellence will surely provide ample opportunities
