About Department
The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the institute in 2003 with an intake of 60 students. The intake increased to 120 students in 2007 and 180 in 2008.The department has highly qualified and dedicated faculty. The department is equipped with well designed laboratories for practical training and to strengthen teaching-learning processes. The department can boast of its excellent infrastructure which is continuously being updated to keep pace with the national scenario.

Labs & Workshops at Rayat Polytechnic College are equipped with well-quality equipments. Experiments are performed under the guidance of expert teachers and Lab technicians. Instruction manuals are available for all the experiments. Labs and Workshops are clean and are user-friendly.
